The luxury Studios have a total floor area of 30 square meters (330 sq ft), while the Family Apartments have a surface of 50 square meters (550 sq ft). 

All the units are fully equipped with a kitchenette, air-conditioning, satellite & flat screen TV, DVD Player, and WiFi internet access. All the necessary cutlery is provided and also a baby cot can be arranged at no extra cost. They also feature a large balcony area with panoramic sea views, where the residents can enjoy a spectacular sunset. Furthermore, the residents can enjoy the large garden areas of the complex with a drink next to the swimming pool.

In just 50 meters from the apartments there is a convenience store for the everyday needs. Excellent  traditional taverns are within walking distance. 

More importantly, the apartments are situated in less than 120 meters from the best beaches of Monemvasia area. One of them is sandy, ideal for families with young children,  the other two are pebbly.
